Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. You can also choose Express ($12.99) or Overnight ($24.99) for faster delivery.
Your download link and license key will be emailed to you within minutes of payment confirmation. Simply download, install, and activate using the key provided. All software is available for immediate digital delivery.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. For software, we issue a full refund if the license has not been activated. See our full Return Policy for details.
If you have a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 3 business days, we will issue a full refund regardless of activation status. For non-technical refunds, unactivated licenses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
For physical media orders, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. For digital downloads, your confirmation email includes the download link and activation status. You can also contact us at [email protected] with your order number for status updates.

Yes! You can purchase a license as a gift. During checkout, enter the recipient's email address in the notes. We'll send the download link and license key to that email. Gift receipts are available upon request.

Most of our software works offline for core features. Functions like cloud sync, automatic updates, and streaming require an internet connection. Specific connectivity requirements are listed on each product page under System Requirements.
Both options are available depending on the product. Most products offer a one-time lifetime license with no recurring fees — you pay once and own it. Some tools offer an optional annual plan for premium cloud features. The pricing type is clearly labeled on every product page before you add to cart.
