We offer the following domestic shipping options for all orders shipped within the United States:

Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders totaling $75.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. This discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Digital software products are delivered via email within minutes of payment confirmation and are not subject to shipping timelines.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier is automatically selected based on delivery speed and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.

For digital orders, your download link and license key are emailed immediately and you can check the activation status at any time by contacting our support team.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing [email protected].

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors
  • Wait 1 additional business day as carriers sometimes scan packages early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, email us at [email protected]

International Shipping

Digital software products are available for international orders in most countries. Physical media shipments are currently limited to the United States. International digital orders are processed in USD. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
